Always send the exact amount NOWPayments shows. Underpaid invoices may credit a partial amount or fail entirely.

Confirmations take 1–60 minutes depending on the chain. We grant credits as soon as NOWPayments confirms the payment as finished.

Crypto payments are irreversible. Refunds are issued at the EUR-equivalent value at the time of refund.

Billing & invoices

SquareBreach is pay-as-you-go. There are no subscriptions, no seat fees, no surprise charges. You buy credits when you need them; credits never expire.

Payment methods

Crypto via NOWPayments — BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BCH, DOGE and ~70 other coins.

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay) are on the roadmap and are temporarily disabled.

Buying credits

Go to /app/billing, pick a pack and a coin, and you’ll be redirected to NOWPayments. Once the network confirms your transaction, credits are granted within a few seconds.

Invoices

Every successful purchase generates a tax-compliant PDF invoice. Download invoices from Settings → Billing. EU customers can supply a VAT id on the checkout page; we’ll reverse-charge VAT where applicable.

Refunds

Read the refund policy for the full picture. The short version:

Unused credits — refundable within 30 days, case by case.
Used credits — non-refundable.
Failed deliveries (you paid but credits weren’t granted) — always refundable, just email billing@squarebreach.com.
