1. Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing SquareBreach, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
SquareBreach provides search and analysis tools over publicly available data sources. The service is intended for legitimate security research, threat intelligence and authorized investigations only.
3. Permitted use
You may not use SquareBreach to harass, dox, harm, or violate the rights of any individual. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The full list of allowed and prohibited use cases lives in our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Credits & billing
SquareBreach uses a pre-paid credit model. You purchase credit packs through Mollie (cards, iDEAL, Bancontact and other local methods) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrencies). 1 credit = 1 successful API call. Cached results do not deduct credits. Credits do not expire. There are no recurring charges. See our refund policy for details on refund eligibility — note that crypto payments are irreversible.
6. Credit usage
Each successful request consumes 1 credit from your balance. When your balance reaches zero, further requests are denied with a 402 response until you top up. We grant new accounts 25 free credits as a courtesy on signup.
7. Disclaimers
SquareBreach is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquareBreach's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Data processing
When SquareBreach processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies. Subprocessors are listed at /legal/subprocessors.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
